ROA is looking for a role model, a professor in Education and the Labour Market who will guide and inspire the organisation as a whole. You will have the overall responsibility for the coherence and scientific quality of ROA’s activities, steer the management team, play a meaningful role in public policy debates on education and the labour market, cater for a sound balance between ROA’s fundamental and policy-oriented research and support our multidisciplinary approach.
