Workshop on Universal Access Policies in Latin America - Lima, 1st June 2013
The PUCP (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú), IBEI (Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals) and GiM-UB (Governments and Markets, Universitat de Barcelona) are pleased to announce the celebration of a workshop on universal access policies in Latin America that will take place in Lima (Perú) on 1st June 2013.
We invite researchers to submit theoretical, applied, or policy-oriented research papers in areas related to the universal access and universal service policies in network industries. Full details can be found in the attached file as well as writing to workshop@ibei.org
